EXECUTIVE:

Meeting Date: 1st Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. at the Chamber office
Membership: Chamber officers and Coordinator of the Chamber
Objective: Provide oversight of the general business of the Chamber of Commerce.
TOURISM:
Chair: Melinda Glasgow
Meeting Date: 4th Monday of each month at 12 p.m. at the Chamber office
Membership: Open to any Chamber member
Objective: To increase visitor traffic and promote Tonkawa tourism attractions.
4th OF JULY/FIREWORKS CELEBRATION:
Chair: Scott Flanery
Meeting Date:
Membership: Open to any Chamber member
Objective: Plan a celebration with entertainment, fun, and food for the whole family.
LEGISLATIVE REVIEW:
Chair: Deonne Gates
Meeting Date:
Membership: Open to any Chamber member.
Objective: To improve the business climate and quality of life in Tonkawa through governmental/legislation involvement at the local, state, and federal levels.
SPECIAL PROJECTS:

Objective: To identify and plan for special receptions and events throughout the year.
GOOD VIBRATIONS CAR SHOW:

Objective: Plan a destination event for Tonkawa bringing visitors to our community.
BUSINESS AND RETAIL DEVELOPMENT:

Objective: Support and enhance Tonkawa’s business community in the areas of business development, education, communication and networking opportunities through specific programs and activities directed to the needs of business.
RECREATION:

AMBASSADORS/LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:

Objective: Actively recruit and retain Chamber members, develop emerging and existing community leaders and encourage their involvement in the Chamber and the community.
OLDE TYME CHRISTMAS:

Objective: Plan a downtown celebration for the whole community and support holiday promotions.
AGRICULTURE:
